Abstract:
Generative AI is reshaping industries through its ability to create new content-from text and images to audio and code-by learning patterns from vast datasets. In this paper, we examine the origins and evolution of Generative AI, explore its foundational models such as GANs, VAEs, and transformers, and highlight current applications including ChatGPT, DALL-E, and deepfake detection. This review outlines the technical progress, real-world use cases, and challenges that define the future of Generative AI, while also discussing its ethical implications and potential impact across domains.
