Abstract: Artificial intelligence (AI) has quickly changed robotics and automation, especially in machine technique. By enabling machines to learn from data, changing the changing conditions and making autonomous decisions, AI has expanded the ability of robotics in industrial applications. In mechanical systems, AI-powered robots increases accurately, efficiency and flexibility in tasks such as assembly, inspection, welding and material handling.
These intelligent robots not only perform high accuracy repetitive operations, but are also suitable for variation in parts or the environment, reduce shutdowns and increase productivity. In addition, the integration of AI with advanced sensors and computer vision lets the robot understand complex mechanical processes and respond dynamically, making them suitable for applications that were previously limited to human expertise. Machine learning algorithms, especially deep education, are used to train patterns, detect and to train robot system for future maintenance, which helps to reduce operating failure and reduce the life of the equipment.
In addition, AI collaboration plays an important role in the development of robot (COBOT) that works safely with human workers, improves the interactions between people and improves ergonomics in the workplace. Data processing in real time and decision -I capacity is able to adapt the robot to unexpected conditions and adapt mechanical processes on the go. These progress leads to smart production systems that support the industry 4.0 goals, where mutual actions automatically communicate and collaborate.
Despite these benefits, however, challenges such as ensuring reliability, addressing moral concerns and management of cyber security risk are important for using a lot. Continuous research in AI algorithms, sensor technologies and collaboration with human robot is necessary to unlock the entire potential of AI-operated machinery. This review paper sheds light on the current development, possibilities and boundaries of AI in robotics and automation for mechanical applications, and emphasizes how intelligent systems should multiply the production landscape. By taking advantage of AI, the industry can improve high -level optimization, low costs and product quality, and finally pave the way for smarter, safe and more durable mechanical systems.
